You deserve more than 1 check up appointment at 6 weeks post-partum simply giving you the "Good to go". Post-partum care is severely lacking when it comes to rehabilitation, which is where I come in.

After an initial assessment, I will put together a personalized exercise plan for you to do at home on your own, to help combat issues such as incontinence, pain, pelvic floor weakness and more.

GrowCo Rehab Classes (In Person)

As a GrowCo Ambassador, I offer post-partum rehabilitation classes so you can come in and do your rehabilitation with a professional running the class for you. We will cover all aspects of post-partum rehab in a 4 week, 8 class series.
